Sustainable Procurement Policy.

1. Objective.
As a result of our commitment to the environment and sustainability, we have developed this Procurement Policy to ensure that we fulfill that commitment. To this end, we have established a general regulatory framework for the process of selecting and contracting suppliers and contractors.
Therefore, it is essential to promote procurement practices that minimize environmental impacts, foster social and economic development, and support a sustainable development model across all our operations.

2. Scope of Application.
This policy pertains to the purchasing/procurement process for goods, products, and services involved throughout the entire value chain of the production process. Therefore, the scope of this policy covers all purchases of goods, services, and contracts entered into by IMTO, hereinafter “the Group,” as well as the third parties with whom we collaborate (suppliers and partners).

3. Basic Principles of Action.
To achieve the established objective and fulfill the commitments outlined above, the following basic principles will be adopted and promoted, and they shall serve as a benchmark in the procurement process:
• Principle of legality: Procurements must be conducted in accordance with the applicable laws in force within the territorial jurisdiction where the Group operates.
• Social responsibility: adoption of fair trade practices, respect for human rights, and decent working conditions throughout the supply chain.
• Quality: ensuring quality throughout the production process.
• Economic efficiency: optimizing financial resources and promoting innovation to achieve economic sustainability.
• Equal opportunity: Ensure a selection process that provides equal conditions for suppliers in order to uphold the principle of fair competition.
• Sustainability: establishing sustainable criteria in the product procurement process.
• Ethics and responsibility: The principles of transparency, loyalty, honesty, and respect must guide all relationships with suppliers. Furthermore, the development of business relationships must comply with the provisions of the Code of Ethics and the Human Rights Policy.

4. Sustainable Procurement Model.
To monitor and oversee compliance with the stated principles of action, the following Responsible Procurement Model has been implemented:
• Corporate commitment, that is, publicizing and communicating this policy to employees who are part of the Group, as well as to third parties who may be affected by the procurement process.
• Preliminary analysis focused on supplier portfolio management (ABC method).
• Supplier Evaluation/Audit: During this phase of the procurement process, we ensure that suppliers comply with the requirements set forth in our Code of Conduct.
• Identification of risks associated with noncompliance by suppliers and the potential negative impacts on sustainability.
• Ongoing communication with our suppliers to address any questions or concerns related to the purchasing process.
• Where applicable, an assessment of the environmental, social, and economic impacts of procurement.

5. Review.
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated in accordance with regulatory changes, advances in sustainability, and best practices.
