With these objectives in mind, management is committed to increasing customer satisfaction and meeting customer requirements, while reaffirming its commitment to personal safety and respect for the environment, thereby contributing to the well-being of society as a whole. <\/p><p>To that end, IMTO PACK S.L., in the areas of design, development, production, and marketing, has established the following guidelines as its general foundations and principles:<\/p><ul><li>Strict compliance with all applicable legal requirements.<\/li><li>Quality and the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, as the foundation of all activities.<\/li><li>Employees are the cornerstones of the daily work that ensures the quality of the products we manufacture. The efforts of every member of the IMTO organizational structure are essential to achieving excellence in our objectives. Through their motivation and personal and professional integrity, as well as their satisfaction with a job well done, they will contribute\u2014both individually and collectively\u2014the necessary means to achieve customer satisfaction in a positive work environment where individual and group contributions are recognized and promoted.  <\/li><li>We will maintain a high level of competitiveness through the continuous development of our technical and production capabilities, a firm commitment to ongoing research, development, and innovation in our products and processes, as well as the continuous modernization and adaptation of our facilities and the training of all staff in the necessary professional, technical, and managerial areas.<\/li><li>Any preventive measures that help avoid the occurrence of problems\u2014whether internal or external\u2014will be encouraged. To this end, any problems that arise will be analyzed and resolved.
