It considers the improvement of health and safety conditions to be a fundamental element in the organization\u2019s operations, involving all levels of the company. <\/p><p>IMTO management is committed to complying with current legislation, as well as codes of good practice and other commitments voluntarily undertaken by the company.<\/p><p>With the goal of promoting health and safety as a key factor in IMTO\u2019s competitiveness, productivity, and sustainability, we are establishing this policy, which is based on the following principles:<\/p><ul><li>The continuous improvement of our organization and working conditions\u2014both in terms of services and processes\u2014as they relate to our industrial packaging production activities. Through innovation, we explore ways to mitigate the risks and hazards associated with our operations and workstations. <\/li><li>People are the organization&#8217;s most important resource.
