Scope of Application.<\/strong><br\/>This policy applies to all members of the Group.<\/p><p><strong>3. The Concept of a Living Wage.<\/strong><br\/>According to the Global Compact, a living wage refers not only to the minimum wage but must also guarantee a dignified life; therefore, it must be above the poverty line and adjusted to local living costs. Furthermore, the importance of economic equity is recognized, promoting inclusive and sustainable development. <\/p><p><strong>4.
